By purchasing an item from Golden Coyote you accept the following
No returns on personalized jewellery or earrings. None the less, contact me with any concerns about your order within 12 months of receiving your jewelry. Golden Coyote has the right to cancel and refund any order at any point. Verbal threats or aggressive behaviour or comments will result in immediate cancellation of your order with a partial refund (you will be charged for any custom order fees or supplies).
By purchasing you are agreeing to follow the after care instructions of your jewelry that is provided with your final piece and is also available on this website. I am not responsible for damage caused to your jewelry as I cannot guarantee you are following the aftercare instructions.
My jewelry contains small pieces and are not suitable for children. By purchasing you are agreeing to not give jewelry to children (under 18 years) or allow them to play with it.
Due to the handmade nature of my work small scratches, bubbles or imperfections may be visible. My pieces (with the exception of chains) are entirely handmade and there will be variation between pieces of similar styles or even between a set of earrings.
For memorial jewelry, once ashes have been mailed or dropped off the order is final and cannot be refunded.
If I have not received your ashes within two months of ordering your order may be cancelled or a credit provided. This is simply because after prolonged periods of time I may adjust pricing or discontinue styles, or certain options based on availability of supplies.
I am not responsible for any fees such as shipping, or custom/duty charges.
Children under 5 will have less detail in fingerprint jewelry. An unclear print is not grounds for a refund.
I am not liable for any damage caused to ashes being mailed to me, once in my possession or after being added to jewellery. By purchasing you are consenting to allow me use artistic discretion to designs if I deem necessary changes to be made. I will make every effort to communicate any changes unless timing does not permit (some materials I use have short curing times and decisions need to be made quickly).
