How to Order Customized Jewelry

Choose from one of my existing designs from my memorial collections, or together we can create a custom design for you.

I have many designs in collections to browse. Choose your keepsake from my different collections and follow any instructions in individual product listing. I have a Custom Design Collection where you can add additional personalizations to your cart (things like base colour, flowers, opal, metallic flakes). Alternatively, you can also use the check out comment to let me know what add ins you would like for each piece you are ordering. 

If you would like to talk in more detail about add ins or design a custom piece together, please use the chat function or email me at goldencoyotejewelry@gmail.com to begin to discuss how we can personalize a piece to reflect your loved one. I also create non memorial items so don’t be afraid to reach out. From there we can schedule a zoom or phone call if needed. Zoom or phone consultations start at a non refundable $50, and completely custom pieces typically range from $400+ depending on silver or gold, gemstones, findings (chains) and creative methods.

After you pay for your piece I will send you instructions where to send me or drop off your ash or special inclusions.

For fingerprint keepsakes, an impression kit will be sent to you or instructions provided to pick up if you are local. If you are within 50km of Kamloops there is an option for pick up. There is more information in the menu tab on how to send elements to me. I will let you know I have received your elements.

In some designs you can absolutely send me flowers to add to your piece but they must be 100% dry or the moisture will wreck the inlay materials. I also have flowers available to add in the Custom Design collection. 

If you are wanting to add ash, fur or hair, or any combination of these to a piece that doesn’t specify this, please add this add on from custom design collection and give me details in the check out note. For example, this would apply if you wanted to add fur to cremation ash ring. You do not need to specify ash as an add on for an ash keepsake. If in doubt just tell me in the checkout note or reach out directly. I will contact you with any questions. So provide your email at checkout so I can contact you.

Once your element has been mailed/dropped off all orders are final and cannot be refunded.
