How to wear:
Slip the cuff on the thinnest part of your ear at the top of and then slide it down and wiggle into place. It should securely hug your ear and feel comfortable but should not hurt. To remove slide it back up to thin part of ear and slide off.
You can adjust your ear cuff by GENTLY squeezing it with your thumb and finger once sitting in the right spot or use your fingers or pliers to ever so slightly open the ear cuff to the thickness of your ear's cartilage. Remember not too tight or it will hurt, and not too loose.
